How the journey began…
Once upon a time, in the heart of change and chaos that was 2020, Bambuddha Group, a social enterprise with a heart of gold, was on a mission to transform leadership and business through the power of kindness. Through many successful coaching programs and impactful partnerships, we uncovered a pressing need. It was a need born from the pandemic's solitude, the pervasive loneliness, the silent struggles of mental health, and the gaping void of support for grassroots initiatives fueled by kindness.
We decided it was time for action. And thus, the Working Kind Collective & Impact Studios were born. We envisioned a place where kindred spirits, like-minded souls, and community-focused organizations could unite. It was to be a space where creativity flourished, work met play, and voices could be amplified for causes close to our hearts
But we couldn't do it alone. We called upon the kindness of businesses, local heroes, and the community itself. With their unwavering support and generous donations, we transformed our vision into a reality. Now, we stand as a solid pillar - a sanctuary for dreamers from all walks of life, regardless of culture, gender, sexuality, or intersectionality.
